The first transnational meeting of PUSH project organized by Il Cigno took place on 28 and 29 March 2023. The meeting was a real Kick off meeting where the 4 project partners discussed their work in the social and sports fields in Italy, Hungary, Portugal and the Netherlands.

The meeting allowed the Partners to get to the heart of the project by analyzing together the European context of Homelessness discussing about Ethos Classicfication and different approaches used in the 4 countries.

During the meeting and the project internal plan has been detailed and members and function of the Steering Committee have been defined.

Over the two days, the next steps of the project were defined:

· a research for good practices through a literature review and a survey in national networks.

· 4 Webinars to discuss and share results of the research

· Guidelines for using sport in inclusion project for homeless people

· Testing guidelines

· 4 dissemination events to share best practices and raising awareness

Next transnational meeting will be in Porto next june.
